"No decafe coffee in the room. I asked at the desk not long after arrival on Friday evening. Was told they would sort it. Nothing was resolved. On leaving the property I was told I could of gone to the restaurant. "

"A very pleasant and comfortable hotel with very willing and helpful staff. The room was well appointed with coffee and tea facilities and the bathroom had lovely double shower. We liked the open breakfast room which doubled as a bar/restaurant later in the day. Breakfast was good value with a selection of cold and hot foods. I would have rated it 5 stars for value, staff and comfort but we had a couple of housekeeping issues. "

"Onsite parking, cheap compared to other hotels. Great location on the docks. All the comfortable facilities in the room. Very comfy bed and pillow. Was abit disappointed the bath room felt like it had not been properly cleaned the floor seemed to need moping and there was a hair in the bath. The room was very spacious and there are coffee and tea facilities. We didn’t have time to go to the spa and gym but this was a great added bonus. Very nice hotel and everything was thought about. "

"This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all."

"I liked everything about my stay from the room to the gym and the spa which was all included with the booking. It is very central and has direct links to the major parts of Manchester. I stayed here for 1 night for a Gracie Abram’s concert and it was a lovely treat for the morning after! Only small minor issue I would say is that it wasn’t made very clear how to get to the gym/spa during my check-in. I had to ask about it later on, but wasn’t really told (or at least made clear to me) that I...
