Stay in this detached chalet in a small park on a gentle slope, with breathtaking views of Donnersbachwald. The village is home to 4 public e-chargers. Your accommodation offers plenty of privacy and a spacious living room with modern kitchen and access to the terrace. In the Finnish sauna, allow your muscles the necessary rest after an exhilarating day in the mountainous region. Fantastic!

The wood stove is out of use

The location is ideal, close to the Riesneralm valley station and yet in the middle of nature on a babbling brook.

In winter, the Donnersbachtal turns into a fairytale world, with 2 snow-sure ski areas (Riesneralm and Planneralm) offering 50 km of slopes together. Planneralm, Styria's highest ski village, and the child-friendly Riesneralm, offer entertainment for every skier. Looking for variety? Try the natural toboggan run at Mörsbachalm or the nearby cross-country trails.

In summer, this location offers a unique holiday experience with activities such as 3D archery, the E-Enduro Bikepark, fly-fishing, and the Gipfel pool at 1900 metres above sea level. A heated swimming pool on the mountain peak of Riesnerkrispen offers spectacular 360-degree views. Das Haus ist top - da gibt es nicht auszusetzen. - die Lage ist im Prinzip gut, leider wurde in der Lagebeschreibung des Vermieters nich angegeben, dass das ganze Dorf eine einzige Baustelle ist, d. h. intensiver Baulärm ab 7.00 Uhr (Bagger, Schaufellader, LKW etc.), führte im Einzelfall dazu, dass man das Gelände nicht verlassen konnte: Mobilkräne (fixiert zum entladen von Betonplatten) haben die Ausfahrt versperrt. Folge: die Kinder konnten nur verspätet in die bezahle Skischule gebracht werden. - Check in erfolgte nur telefonisch - niemand war vor Ort - unter Angabe einer falschen Chalet-Nr. (Nr.238 Chalet Nr., 5 - richtig: Nr. 240, Chalet Nr. 5) Folge: Wir waren dann schon im richtigen Haus, hatten bereits Gepäck ins Haus verbracht und wurden dann wieder (telefonisch) aufgefordert, das Haus zu verlassen und ins Haus 238 zu wechseln. Dies gab es nicht und nach einer Stunde im dunkeln herumirren, sollten wir dann das Haus 240 nehmen - was sicham nächsten Tag dann auch als das richtige herausstellte. - der Hausordner mit den notwendigen Daten zur Benutzung diverser Hausgeräte, Notfallnummern, Müllentsorgung etc. war leer, der Fernseher nicht programmiert usw., nach Nachfrage beim Verwalter war die Auskunft: das Haus sei neu und wir erst die 2. Gastfamilie, man sei wohl noch nicht dazu gekommen... Folge: eine Tochter hatte einen häuslichen Unfall mit Platzwunde (natürlich am Sonntag) und wir mussten uns dann durchfragen, wo denn der nächste Arzt zu finden sei. An der 1. Holfe Station am Skilift war niemand zuständig - man sei nur für Bergunfälle zuständig. UnsereTochter wurde dann nach 2 Stunden von einem Krankentransport abgeholt und im LKH Rottenmann versorgt. Man sieht, wie auch vermeintlich kleinereNachlässigkeiten zu größeren Verwerfungen führen können - einen größeren Unfall möchte wir uns dabei gar nicht vor Augen führen. Festzuhalten ist: Fast alle Personen vor Ort, incl. der Bauarbeiter, die ja für die Situation nichts können, waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dadurch lies sich manche ärgerliche Situation auflösen, mit etwas mehr Engagement und Information von Vermieterseite, wäre vieles gar nicht nötig gewesen. Trotz allem: Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind, der Vermieter seinen Verpflichtungen nachkommt, der eingesetzte Verwalter seine Aufgabe ernster nimmt, sind unbeschwerte, genussvolle Urlaubstage machbar.
