Not for a family !
Rooms very hot , breakfast area cold ! Service ppl kept door open while ppl ate and the mornings where cold ! We requested to get are air conditioning fix no one ever came to check it . I wouldn’t recommend for a family stay ! I also paid for a Jr suite an got a standard room and they didn’t allow me to upgrade upon request !

Good location, many restaurants within a short walk, safe neighborhood even at night. Staff was very friendly and responsive, however no one spoke english so knowing spanish is helpful. Breakfast was very minimal, but for me was adequate. My room was kept very clean.

The Wyndham Garden was pretty much in the center of everything. Around the corner there’s many shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing!!!

Decent hotel close to Plaza Cibeles.
The hotel its in the best area Irapuato has. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area, most withing walking distance. The hotel staff do whatever they have to do to please the guests. The only "but" I would mention is the breakfast. I believe they could have a better breakfast without paying more. I don't mean to have a gourmet breakfast, just other items that are more craveable and cost the same.

Centrally Located
This hotel is in a great location. There are a many restaurants of different types nearby. There is a nice mall and Starbucks about a ten minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is traditional, beans and eggs Mexican style. However there are pastries and cereal available. There is always some fresh juice. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The Hotel offers airport free transportation so I called them and ask for this service, they confirmed the schedule but once I got off the plane no one was there I called the hotel and they mentioned they had the service schedule but they forgot to tell me that fees may apply for this service and if I wanted the service, I had to accept a 500 pesos charge plus wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive to the airport, finally I had to buy the service at the airport for $ 520 pesos........ very bad experience
