This being my 1st experience I was kind of nervous. Turned out to be an amazing experience. House was nice and had more than I expected. It was just like staying at home. We had a deck to sit out on and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment is well appointed with high quality equipment. Good communications. Excellent central location for visiting north of Boston. Very comfortable beds. Would use again if in the area.

This house was nice and clean. I loved that each room had a ac unit, and ceiling fans. The beds were very comfortable. The hole apartment unit had a charming feeling to it. The owner made sure everything was stocked and available for our use. Would love to stay there again.

Beautiful Space
Recently stayed here for a wedding, the space looks newly remodeled and comfortably fit 6 adults. Although our kids were not with us, there was a crib, a pack n’ play, and some toys already there. First floor apartment so easy entry and plenty of parking.

The good : kitchen is beautiful, 1st 2 nights were very quiet, rooms are spacious The not so good: hot water in shower doesn't get very hot, screen door for sliding glass door is missing the bottom half, couldn't get exhaust fan in bathroom to work , the last night, sounded like a marching band on top of us, stomping on the floor until after midnight, we had to get up at 4 am to get my son to airport Overall, very nice place and we'd stay again

Clean, roomy, & just what we needed!
Stayed as 2 families with 3 young kids between us, plus one other adult to attend a wedding nearby. Plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably, the only downside was sharing one bathroom (which is how we live every day so not an issue for us). The apartment was huge, well-appointed with tons amenities, and looked exactly like the listing. Ample off street parking and a nice deck in the backyard! I'd book again if in a heartbeat if we needed to be in the area again!

Great stay!
The owner was great and the check in and out was super easy. The cleaning company took care of everything! No stripping beds or hauling trash. That was a great surprise. Proximity to Salem was good not too far of a drive. Ipswich had some really nice restaurants and a super nice bodega owner right on the corner by the house. Everyone had a great time.

What a wonderful & spacious home for the five of us. The rooms were so tastefully decorated and the owners stocked & furnished it completely- from basic staples to baby spoons. The beds were comfy & the kitchen was updated & modern with a huge center island - perfect for every meal. Ipswich has turned into a bustling & charming town- better than I've ever seen after growing up in the area years ago. We'll be back on our next trip to the North Shore! Wonder experience in Ipswich
We would stay here again. Quiet little neighborhood and plenty of room for my family. The owner got right back to us when we had questions. It was my daughter's wedding and were busy and exhausted. My only regret is that we could not find a broom and mop till we were on our way out.,

The apartment was clean and well designed. There was a mix up with what unit we reserved so we didn’t have the living room and space I originally thought. We chose to stay in the smaller place which worked out fine.

Beautiful Location
The house was nice. The location was perfect for us beach bums, beaches only 10mins from house. Everything you need they provided. The house could use alittle more TLC. Only one TV in the livingroom wasnt enough for my big family. The renters upstairs were loud from 5am until 11pm even after contacting the Host. All in all we had a great stay and would maybe stay again.

The house was perfecr for our needs, but listing information and pictures could be better. We had to ask if there was a kitchen table as it wasnt clear from the listing. A few more details ahead of time about exactly where to park (driveway with the shed) and what the checkout process was would have been helpful. A book or website with area info would have also been helpful.

Perfect Fit
Check in was super easy! GPS took us right there. Directions were super clear to get inside. This place was just what we needed. It had the perfect amenities. I brought my son’s family that has 4 kids under 7. We didn’t spend much time at the house but there is a tiny piano that the kids loved playing. There is a bench seat at the table that was perfect for the little ones to sit at. There was a play pen and a crib to use. We came to Maine to visit the beaches. It was about a 25 min drive to Wingersheek Beach and Long Beach. There are a couple of nice beach chairs for you to use. There is a nice back entry area where we could take our sandy clothes and shoes off to not spread sand through the house. We absolutely loved the shower head!! The towels were soft and they smelled amazingly clean. Everyone slept well. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. There were lots of extra blankets. The house, although old did not have any bad odor. It was very, very clean!! We were all very sad to leave. We did not spend any time in Ipswich but noticed lots of places we would like to eventually come back to visit.

Thanksgiving Extra Space
This property was lovely, clean and comfortable. Plus it provided us with the cooking equipment and great counter space that we needed to prepare our dishes for Thanksgiving at our relative’s home later that day. It also has a nice big tv to watch the Macy’s Day parade. Neighborhood was quiet and walking distance to downtown.
