"Our experience was great. Hotel has a great easy to walk location and the views from the balcony is amazing. The service was impeccable and without question the room was one of the better ones we've stayed in, very nicely appointed with a very comfortable bathroom, the Nexpresso machine gave it a nice touch. I would recommend it to anybody."

"Very convenient to all spots in Bern, including the train station and Parliament (where we saw a very nice seasonal light show). The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the beds were very comfortable, who thought putting two twins together makes a queen. I could swear I reserved the single queen bed. The beds had wooden rails around them and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We also did not have A/C or any fan options. Though it was cold outside this caused us to open a window...

"This hotel was perfect for our stay in Bern. Very convenient for walking to all of the sites and museums we wanted to see. Parking at Metro was convenient and undercover. The area had had a deluge of snow before our arrival so any street parking was not possible. I would suggest booking dinner in advance as is was quite difficult getting in at the better restaurants in the area"

"Excellent location near train station & plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again here. "
