Ótimo bangalo. Recomendo.
A estadia foi excelente. Renata foi uma ótima anfitriã. Desde o primeiro contato até o final foi bastante atenciosa e sempre se mostrou disponível para quaisquer esclarecimentos ou eventuais necessidades. A casa é espaçosa, bem equipada e cuidada. Corresponde com as fotos. O condomínio também é excelente e bem organizado. A diarista também foi bastante prestativa, o que permitiu uma estadia sem preocupações com limpeza e cozinha. Esperamos retornar em breve.

Estadia de férias em família
Renata foi uma excelente anfitriã. Desde os primeiros contatos nos prestou todas as informações prontamente. A casa é muito boa: totalmente equipada e espaçosa, tudo é muito novo. Ficamos bem confortáveis em 4 pessoas, a casa é super espaçosa. A Kelly é um plus à parte: super atenciosa, nos ajudou com tudo e cozinhou super bem, além de limpar a casa - perfeito pra quem não quer nenhuma preocupação. Há mercados dentro e em frente ao condomínio. O único ponto negativo - que não tem a ver com a propriedade - é que dependendo da maré o mar pode estar bravo. Aproveitamos e descansamos muito!

Bangalô de Alto Nível de Qualidade, Conforto e com Opção de Lazer Privativa
Hospedei-me com a minha família e simplesmente adoramos a estadia. Tudo é de alto nível e extremamente bem cuidado. É uma excelente opção, inclusive para quem deseja conseguir fugir da rotina e ainda assim manter-se isolado, uma vez que ele possui piscina privativa e churrasqueira. Dessa forma, você não depende das opções de lazer do condomínio, caso deseje algo mais reservado. A proprietária é super atenciosa e gentil. Muito obrigado, Renata! Abs

O Condomínio Malawi Beach Resort é um dos mais organizados que tive o prazer de conhecer. O paisagismo do bangalô e de todo condomínio é de encher os olhos. A o conservação e limpeza em si do complexo é impecável. O bangalô 56 é um daqueles locais que você gostaria de ter para chamar de seu. A área de lazer externa com piscina privativa é agradabilíssima. A churrasqueira a carvão disponibilizada pela proprietária rende churrascos excelentes. Os quartos e banheiros são como mostrados nas fotos. Renata, a proprietária, é extremamente atenciosa e muito eficiente na comunicação. Ana, a diarista disponibilizada e inclusa na diária, também é prestativa e cozinha bem. A conveniência do condomínio, apesar de pequena é bem completa. A praia em frente é agitada. Na maré baixa, algumas poucas piscinas se formam. O condomínio disponibiliza cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sol, todavia não permite que o guarda sol seja instalado na beira mar mesmo, próximo ao mar, sob o argumento de que a fiscalização não permite (todavia outros condomínios próximos usam normalmente). Mas alguns pequenos detalhes podem ser aperfeiçoados para que a estadia fique perfeita e aqui enumero algumas delas: - deveriam ser disponibilizadas mais taças de vidro, para uso interno, pois o bangalô que possui capacidade de 10 pessoas possuía apenas 6 taças de vinho (exemplo). - não há máquina de lavar e as toalhas para uso interno não são trocadas. Passamos 7 dias com as mesmas toalhas. Não havia tempo de lavá-las para que enxugassem para o reuso. - o condomínio disponibiliza apenas 3 toalhas para uso na piscina, número que é insuficiente para a capacidade do bangalô que é de 10 pessoas; - não há espremedor de suco no bangalô, o que é uma comodidade básica e simples. - as cortinas do quarto não escurem a contento, quando o sol bate pela manhã; - é cobrado cheque caução no valor de 2 mil reais, o que é meio antiquado nos dias de hoje; - a energia é cobrada por fora do aluguel. Eu não visualizei isso no anuncio, apesar de constar claramente. Todavia reputo que o valor deveria ser incluído na diária, tendo em vista os valores cobrados, especialmente em estadias mais longas em datas comemorativas, como final de ano. - o defeito grave que considerei foi: o bangalô consta como sendo 4 quartos suítes. Todavia um dos quartos é a dependência de empregada, cujo banheiro (dentro do quarto) é utilizado pelos hóspedes que lá dormem e pela diarista. Se alguém estiver dormindo, ela não pode usar.
