"We had the worst experience ever, we booked through hotels.com for 2 nights and when we did the check in later in the afternoon the room was occupied by other people. The manager (Yiota Zagorianakou) of the hotel had to kick the other guests in order to let us in, nice the stuff and clean. The manager didn't know how much to charge us according to the booking and showed me a screenshot that showed ALL my card details including the ones in the back.
