"The space was very clean, just as described in the listing, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and fireplace. Sherri was very responsive when I reached out. However, it's worth noting that this rental is located in the basement of the owner's home, whereas the listing gave the impression of having the "Entire House." Additionally, there were several dogs upstairs, which may be a consideration for some guests."

"This place was so great! My whole SD family came for Thanksgiving dinner. There were enough places for everyone to eat. There was plenty of beds for those that stayed, and the bedding/pillows were great! The hot tub with the view was amazing. The outside and inside pictures do not do this lovely cabin justice. Perfect place! Warm and cozy. LOTS of bald eagles! Would love to come in Spring time to canoe/kayak the river. I’m from the area but needed a place for my family and I to set up base....

"The Happy Place was just what we were looking for in a small, cozy stay while visiting relatives in Sioux Falls. Emily's communication with us was excellent, and everything in the booking information was up to date and accurate. The home was clean and inviting, the beds were both comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare simple meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Happy Place, and think you will, too!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and updated. The host was very quick to reply when I had a question. There is a coffee pot and a keurig, there was coffee but no keurig cups. I feel if there is a keurig there should be the cups to put in it or a mention to bring some. "

"We had our belated family Christmas get-together and chose Sioux Falls as the central gathering place as we are 3 families traveling from 2 states. We enjoyed our stay in Matt's home very much. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to gather our group of 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) We loved the family room with plenty of space and seating for us all to be together. The beds were all very comfortable!Communication, check in and check out were a breeze and the owners were very prompt...

"My husband, two dogs and I stayed at the bungelow for a short weekend. We enjoyed our stay! Extremely clean and well kept, and we loved the extras...coffee and snacks. Check in so easy and great communication with the owner. We recommend!and well marked lights, etc. "

"I can't say enough good things about this property - the spacious kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could need to cook or bake (we used the space for making food for my daughter's wedding reception and to have a small brunch), so much character in the decor - loved looking at all the artwork, washer and dryer were convenient and stocked with detergent. Super cute and fun and we all loved it!"

"We were here for a week of medical treatments. The location is within walking distance of the hospital. The property is fully stocked and cozy. The fireplace is an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time at Klondike Ranch! It has a great amount of rooms & bathrooms for our whole family. The big garage room was awesome for our toddlers & older adults to play games and run! We had a breaker short out and they were there within 10 minutes and had it fixed shortly after arriving. Would highly recommend to anyone with a large family. "
