Silvia was very helpful and responsive and Willy was on hand to answer questions about the house and make sure all was well. We loved the pool in particular. "House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also...

"The property was everything it advertised to be...the setting and interior were absolutely stunning and well kept. Everything was clean and inviting for our family of 15. Large rooms, nice bedrooms & bathrooms and well-stocked kitchens. We spent a week during the Christmas holiday, and they greeted us when we arrived and even set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our family. We were very impressed and grateful for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back."

"Live like a local, in the thick of things, yet in a house that is quiet and cool. WE stayed in end of June, and swam every day among the bees smothered lavender. the house is close to Como, Milan, and Varese, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are very nice, and were around when we needed things. Lots of grocery stores, and restaurants close by. The House really smells like tobacco - in particular the left room on the first floor and the living room. 2. ⁠we found an women slip hanging at the window in bathroom of first floor 😣 3. ⁠there was garbage in the kitchen below sink.
