Guest access:
The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home and their own carport for parking.
The owners have a home about 50 feet away, with separate garage/parking area, and situated such that the guest house feels very private and separate.
The tennis court is private for this property and you, the guests. You can use it whenever you like. Please note that it does not have lights.

1. Confirmed guests will receive a local "Insider's Guide". We're a family business deeply connected to our community, and we hope you'll enjoy and respect this beautiful corner of the world while supporting our local economy sustainably. We love sharing it with our guests!
2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products.
3. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.
4. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place!
5. No pets at this stay.
6. Please note that the owners have a home next door which they regularly visit. This shouldn't impact your stay at all, as the homes are well separated and private, but you may cross paths with each other in the driveway.

Guest interaction:
The property is set up for contactless entry. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays.
Neighborhood:
The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, perched above Chicken Ranch Beach. There are just a few homes on our road. Our neighborhood is very woodsy, ideal for strolling, with only a handful of cars going by each day. We do have neighbors, but they are spaced about 40 yards away. There are no ambient sounds at night and as a result, any noise travels. Please be respectful to our neighbors who live here for peace and tranquility and keep outside noise to a minimum after dark.
Inverness is a charming coastal village in California. Known for its serene natural beauty, it's an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy hiking and biking trails, kayaking, and exploring the nearby Point Reyes National Seashore. Savor fresh seafood at local eateries, visit quaint markets, and unwind in cozy accommodations. Parking is available in the carport. Trails, beaches, restaurants, bars, and markets are within walking distance.
