"Bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better. Bathroom tub had a dirt ring and floor was gritty. Old dead Bugs under vanity. Old dead bugs under heater on floor boards. Was put in a room on main floor that was clearly previously occupied by someone with an animal. Was told all main floor rooms were pet friendly. We were moved to second floor with no issues. Front desk was very nice and friendly. "

The location is very central and within very easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The price was great. I would definitely stay here again. "

After waiting for a while, she also was confused on if we made the payment (payment was made in full months prior to our trip). We ended up spending an extra 30 minutes (in addition to the longer period of time spent on check in) in our room to try to connect with someone at Hotels.com to clarify the payment situation. "The staff member who checked us in, indicated that (although we had already paid through Expedia) he didn’t have us in the computer. After showing him confirmation emails, he reluctantly gave us a room but said we may have to move when the manager arrives. Fortunately, we did not hear from the manager and fell asleep before the noise began"
