And what a genuine delight this family holiday house is. Renovated to absolute perfection with a summer resort style outdoor entertaining and high end finishes throughout the house. This house is for anyone who wants to live the good life on holiday! Everything is on one level with a stunning kitchen, three bedrooms, two living areas where one can be converted into bedroom and two bathrooms and even an entertainers outdoor built-in kitchen & BBQ. The cherry on top is the amazing heated spa with separate swimming area with full enclosed pool fencing. This is a really special house and has it all being walking distance to the main shopping street and 5 mins drive to both the Inlet and Surf beaches. If you are wanting a relaxing and truly awesome family holiday then this is the house for you and it's awesome value.

Guest Access
The key is located at the property in a secure lock box, the code is sent to the booking email address at 2pm on your day of arrival. All communication is sent via our system and it is important you are checking your spam folder for information and instructions on your booking.

Full linen is provided as standard - Please bring your own beach/pool towels, pet bedding/towels.
* Please note that if you are bringing more than 1 pet please inform us prior to arrival. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding and failure to pick up dog poop from the garden will result in charges. Please ask us for our pet policy.
The swim and spa are both heated all year but we cannot guarantee water warmth in colder months as it is dependent on the outside temperature.
On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include:
No parties, No Schoolies or groups of under 25 years, No Hens or Bucks parties. No Smoking. Australian photo ID or passport ID is required for the online check in process before to release the lock box code to you.
The house is pet and family friendly but please be respectful of neighbours. Dogs are not to be left unattended inside the house and please do not leave pets outside for more than a couple of hours. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor your pets and pick up dog waste from the garden. If we have to pick up after your dog there is an immediate $100 fine as cleaners so not go outside and we often have young kids playing the garden - thanks for your consideration.

Inverloch property
Whilst the house we nice there were a few issues with the property. It is dog friendly but the front gate doesn’t lock so you can gain full access to the property from the street and the front gate has acccess for small dogs to get out and onto the main road. There is no antenna for the tv so you cannot access free to air tv and there is only one tv in the whole property. The front driveway is slippery and we slipped twice when it was raining. The spa was set at a low temperature so we couldn’t use it the first day we were there. The communication with the landlord was difficult as every time we tried to call it was busy. We received an email two days before arriving to say we still owed half of the rental which wasn’t correct and then asked for the sofa bed to be made up as per the instructions but this wasn’t done for us. Then upon check out we received two phone calls at 9am asking what time we would be leaving when check out wasn’t until 10am. A little disappointed by the experience.

Excellent luxury beach stay!
This property has been fitted out with quality appliances and had everything our family needed for an awesome stay. The warm pool was a total winner and being pet friendly with an enclosed yard saved the day when finding a holiday destination. Beds were super comfy and showers were awesome. We didn't use the bbq area but it's fantastic with its own drinks fridge and outdoor seating area. Being so close to town meant easy walks to the shops and beach, we really couldn't have asked for a better property :)
