"Davide is the BEST host, and 6 Stelle is a wonderful, spotless, gorgeous, lovely place to sleep, eat an excellent breakfast, and explore sweet Sulmona. You’re basically sleeping in history right there by the arches. Davide has great recommendations and speaks excellent English. He’s so friendly and cool. The shower, by the way, is great! Stay here!"

The apartment itself is huge and quite beautiful and has everything you need with a great espresso machine. "The hotel and the owner were fantastic. Service was friendly and the room was spotless, with every amenity that one could want. Location was convenient for in-town activities and also for the ski areas. For an American, the bed might seem a bit hard, but it was quite comfortable by European standards. Overall, I would give this hotel an excellent ratting."
