"Very helpful, polite and friendly staff. The room was spacious clean with very comfy beds. Very quiet as it was facing the interior court. Some parts were a bit outdated but I guess still functional (we struggled a bit closing down the window) and some bits were missing just thick courtians but nothing to frost the windows without having it completely dark. "The room was spacious with a large bathroom (somewhat unusual in the older hotels). The intra-muros area of St. Malo is small, so everything is close - the ramparts and beach are a 5-minute walk and there is a wide selection of boulangeries and restaurants close by. Staff was welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean."

"The property and is in a magnificent location, overall a great experience. The staff were accommodating however we did not receive the level of attentiveness and assistance that we have at other hotels of its class. We had a spectacular view of the public toilets in st Malo for our honeymoon 😂. Overall this was a beautiful hotel clean and in such a convenient location and the bar is a beautiful place for a drink. "
