If you want to be away from it all but close enough to the action to get there in 10 or 15 minutes, then this is the place for you.

After a busy day in the Valley it's time to relax and re-charge. After all, You're in the White Mountains.

Eagle Ridge is a Private Resort Community located in Intervale, between North Conway & Jackson Villages. There are some full times residences here, but most are second homes so the place is Peaceful. In fact, you'll probably have the pool to yourselves especially during the week.

With a setting high in the mountains the place relaxes you.

Our family friendly 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom ground floor end unit (sleep 6) overlooks the Moats, Cathedral Ledge and White Horse ledge with a view of Mt Washington from the parking lot.

We are located off of the 16A Intervale loop.

The resort has an outdoor heated pool, 2 tennis courts, a basketball hoop, and hiking trails at no extra charge like some other properties in the area.

Our location is very convenient and close to everything. Here are some of the main things.

1 mile from the Vista Country Store (beer, wine, pizza), 3 miles from North Conway Village, 4 miles to Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 4 miles from the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet store, 4 miles from Grants Supermarket, 5 miles from Story Land, 6 miles from Settlers Green Outlet Village, 7 miles from Jackson Village, , 8 miles from Attitash Mountain Resort, 17 miles from Wildcat Mountain,

What's great about out location is the fact that you can bypass the North Conway Village traffic Jam using back roads and even take a back road to Story Land if the traffic on RT16 is backed up (we'll tell you how!). You'll be able to get to Settlers Green Outlet Village the back while avoiding the backup!

Another good thing is that you won't have to bring your trash home like many other properties in the valley. There is a trash compactor on property.

We will be available by cell to answer any of your questions during your stay. Our family has vacationed in this area for over 20 years and know it well.

Lovely Spot in the White Mountains
This first floor condo is located up on a hill with an incredible view of Mt. Washington Valley. The location is convenient to local attractions and hiking trails. We very much enjoyed the pool down the street. The kitchen is well-stocked for meal preparation and the layout is great for a family! We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location and amazing view
This rental is conveniently located and has an amazing mountain view. The condo is great for families and includes a nice outdoor heated pool. The condo itself is clean and could only use a few cosmetic fixes. We would stay here again. Great condo at a great price!

We stayed for a weekend when taking out grandchild to Storyland. He is quite "active" so this was so much better than a hotel. It was clean and comfortable, easy to get to and well supplied with all the necessities. It felt like staying at a friend's house. I'd consider staying again some time.

Another great visit!
We had another wonderful vacation up in North Conway. This was our second time renting here. We used the pool, cooked out on the deck, enjoyed the beautiful view, and had a quick ride to Storyland. The condo is ideal- end unit on ground level with comfortable and very clean accommodations.

Magnificent view and comfortable stay
We stayed for 4th of July weekend. Magnificent view and comfortable stay. There is no A/C. We were aware of this by reading other reviews, so we brought a couple of our own fans. They had one fan in each room. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bottom end unit which was perfect, we moved chairs out on the lawn and it was great. We did not use the grill, it was small and sub par. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Hope to do it again next year.

Storyland Home Base
Like many families, we used this condo as a storyland home base, it's in a great location, and the VIEWS! This was our third time at this property, we appreciate how kid friendly it is, that we can make dinner and breakfast here, and location is perfect for our North Conway favorites. The host also has a GREAT cleaning staff turning the space over and it's consistently very clean and ready for us on each stay. You can also see some fireworks on the 4th of July from their location!. This holiday weekend it was actually more affordable to stay here instead of a local popular campground, glad we were here because it rained so much! On this visit we enjoyed storyland, mountain bike at great glen trails, a saco river trip, flatbread pizza, and moat mountain brewery.

Nice area but not good for summer months
We stayed on this property during July and while it was a cute condo, it was very hot with no air conditioning. We thought we would go to the pool to cool off, however when we got there we were unable to use it due to my youngest daughter still being in a diaper. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to high heat and no air conditioning. Nice area but would not recommend staying here during summer months.

Cozy Condo with Stunning Views
This condo rental was everything we were looking for. It is clear when you walk in that the owners truly care about this property, it is clean, well stocked, and has the most cozy furniture. We are a family of three and the two bedrooms worked out wonderfully for us. The views are absolutely spectacular and were the perfect background when we would dine on the deck after grilling dinner. During our week stay we visited nearby (15 minutes!) Storyland twice! and got in almost 50 miles of hiking/adventuring. Great food nearby includes: Moat Mountain Brewery and the Sunset Cafe. And Great hiking nearby includes Black Cap Mountain, Whitehorse Ledge, Pinkham Notch AMC Center, and Glen Ellis Falls. We also ventured to Woodstock (1 hours away) for a great day trip. We will certainly be back, and will be recommending this Condo to friends and family who enjoy the White Mountains as much as we do.
