OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Cozy Cabin: This is a cozy cabin, approximately 507 square feet. It's not a tiny house, but it's also not a mansion. It's perfect for 2 people, business travelers, artists, writers, or solo adventurers.

AIr Conditioning: We have a portable air conditioner in our mud room that does a pretty good job of keep the cabin comfortable and cool. On super hot days it might struggle a little bit, but seems to do pretty good.

Bathroom on Main Floor: There is a loft bedroom that you will need to climb a spiral staircase to reach. It has a queen bed and there is a dresser for your use. Please note that the bathroom is on the main floor, so if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you will need to walk down the spiral staircase. There is a light switch in the bedroom that lights up the spiral staircase area for navigating at night.

Dogs and Spiral Staircase: We are dog-friendly, but many dogs will be unable or unwilling to climb the spiral staircase. If they sleep downstairs, please note that dogs are not allowed on the recliners, and there is no other furniture available for them to sleep on. it will be helpful for guests with dogs to bring a dog bed/blankets if the dog cannot manage the stairs. Please note there is a $75 fee per dog.

Cell Phone Service: Cell phone service is spotty around the cabin and you may or may not get a good signal depending on your carrier. However, once you connect your cell phone to our WIFI network, you can send/receive phone calls (using the WIFI Calling feature on your phone), send/receive text messages, and of course surf the Internet!

TV: We do not have cable TV, but do have a Smart TV so please feel free to bring your Roku, Firestick, etc.

Sweet cabin in the woods
We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin tucked into the woods. It was an easy drive to all our favorite hikes and the solitude in the evenings was just perfect. The fireplace was a great touch for early fall nights. Michael was absolutely wonderful about staying in touch and making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely will return again. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Location-Cozy
What a spectacular stay. The cabin is within mintues of all the White Mountain trails as well as the Ranger Station (for advice). It is quiet and peaceful. We did so many fun activities. He hyped up with Moat Mountain found some beautiful smoky quartz, tried some fishing if you're going to do that make sure you research where to go we did find a spot on the way home that we should have hit which was called Crystal River I would suggest there. You have to hit that portion of the Saco River there is gold there. Beautiful place to take photos. Diana's baths is a must-see, Cathedral ledge is beautiful from the bottom as well as the top. Lucky likes ice cream open late was a bonus. Just driving up the White Mountain and stopping off at random spots to go up and see the views with glamorous and refreshing. Mike and Nikki were awesome with communication! Gave great suggestions! I would have to say that anyone that stays here the first thing you should do is open up the guest book read some of the notes for where people went for suggestions. We would love to come back and visit again maybe in the fall once the foliage breaks. Robin & Jamil

Great Location...peaceful and convenient!
My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend (4 nights) at Grizzly Cabin. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The living room/dining and kitchen combo area was well stocked for all your needs and was comfortable enough for the two of us and our dog and the bathroom was quite roomy even with a washer and dryer, which was nice to have. The loft sleeping area has a spiral staircase which could be a bit challenging for some...we had no problem with it, and the sleeping area was a bit cramped but very cozy and the bed was comfortable. Grizzly Cabin was very clean and cozy and the location was perfect for all our planned activities...hiking, site seeing, shopping and of course dinning out. The air conditioner turned out to be a great plus when returning from a hike during the humid days that we had experienced during our stay!! We will definitely be back!!

Short & Sweet Honeymoon Getaway
My husband and I were looking for a quant New England log cabin in the White Mountains with a fireplace where we could just escape and relax. We found all of that and more at the Grizzly Cabin! The hosts were wonderful with their thorough communication throughout the booking process, throughout our stay, and even during the stay by having a handy binder of helpful info, local hot spots, and tips. The property couldn’t be more perfect- it’s super convenient to the North Conway main attractions, but 5 minutes off the main road tucked away in the quiet woods off a back road on a hillside. You truly feel like you’re alone on a mountain with how calm and serene it is! But everything we wanted or needed was literally less than a 15 minute drive! We stayed in November, so we didn’t enjoy the outside of the property (20-30°F during our stay, and even a bit of snow). Inside is cozy and warm, filled with all the little things a cabin needs! A couple of leather recliners, an easy and warm electric fireplace, sweet little kitchen table perfect for brunch and puzzles, a small kitchen with appliances, a good sized bathroom, and a unique spiral staircase up to a little loft with a decent sized bed. Incredibly clean (this is written by a germ freak who is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to cleanliness), up to date structure and furnishings, and a safe and secure high tech door lock. I cannot recommend this property enough- it is a perfect little cabin tucked away but also convenient to everything! Thank you Mike & Nikki for making our delayed honeymoon truly memorable! - Shannon & Chris Ps- to those potential renters reading, my only input is that the spiral staircase to the loft bed is incredibly narrow! I had to go sideways and I’m a pretty average size. So to put this gently, it might not be ideal for anyone “extra curvy”.

This is a great two person cabin get away. Close to hiking trails of all levels and all our favorite restaurants are close by. The mountain view is great to see while having your morning coffee. Kept looking for bear and moose but nowhere to be seen. Recommend this cabin for a week of relaxation (especially by the fire), good food, and mountain sports. Thank you Mike and Nicole for quick responses and a great place to relax.

Highly recommend!
The online pictures accurately depict the cabin; warm, inviting, cozy, and clean with all the amenities you may need. The host Mike was great right from the start; initial booking, communicating throughout the process, checking in to see how our stay was and ensuring we didn’t have any issues which we didn’t. We have 2 yellow labs and were so happy to find a cabin that’s dog friendly but a bit apprehensive that a “dog friendly” cabin wouldn’t be clean.. Well is was IMMACULATE! The location is amazing; quite neighborhood but close to shops, restaurants and hiking trails in the beautiful White Mountains. I highly recommend this property and the owners are fantastic!
