Haus Strandrose - Cozy house in Gollwitz for 8 people.

Welcome to the newly renovated, spacious "Haus Strandrose" in the Pfeiffer holiday complex in the town of Gollwitz. In this house you will find space for up to 8 people and there is hardly anything to be desired.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a separate dining room and bright living room as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed. Two steps lead to the bathroom.

On the upper floor there are three more bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. There is another bathroom with a shower and toilet on the same floor.

A high chair and a children's travel cot are available in the house and, if you order them, we will be happy to set them up for your little ones before they arrive.

Free WiFi available.

Enjoy the spacious garden with a football field, swings, sandpit, slide and barbecue area, sun loungers and garden furniture and let your mind wander while the children play.

It is approx. 400 m to the beach.

Parking space available at the house.

Diese Fewo können wir nur empfehlen. Top ausgestattet, tolles Ambiente, riesiger Garten- super nette Nachbarn, ruhige Lage (zumindest im April). Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen da, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Check in und check out unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann. Das große Grundstück ist perfekt für Kinder mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Auch zum Besitzer der Anlage hatten wir gleich einen sehr guten Draht. Überhaupt ist er einer der liebsten Menschen auf der Insel.

Wir haben uns in dem großzügig geschnittenen und ganz neu ausgebauten Ferienhaus sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Es war an alles, was man von der Ausstattung her brauchte, gedacht und an noch vieles mehr. Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine große Familie mit Kindern ein richtiges Paradies. Außergewöhnlich schön ist das große Grundstück mit so vielen tollen Spielgeräten, eigenem Fußballplatz, mehreren Sitzecken, Grillplatz u. v. m. Natürlich ist auch die Nähe zum Strand, der auf einem kurzen, sehr idyllischen Spaziergang zu erreichen ist, ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Ankunft und Abreise im Poeler Appartementservice liefen reibungslos mit guten Tipps und einem sehr freundlichen Team. Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle, die uns diese schöne Auszeit ermöglicht haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf der Insel Poel
Wir waren über Himmelfahrt 2023 mit 3 Generationen in der Strandrose. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine sehr gute und durchdachte Ausstattung- es fehlt an nichts. Der riesige Garten kann genutzt werden und ist ein Kindertraum. Allein der täglich liebevoll bereitgestellte Fuhrpark ist für die Kinder grandios. Einen Fußballplatz gibt es auch und einen Kletterturm mit Rutsche und Schaukel und noch vieles mehr. Wir hatten auch sehr angenehmen und netten Kontakt zur Eigentümerfamilie und tolle Gespräche. Zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Dankeschön für die tolle und unvergessliche Zeit.
