"House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"

"We were in area to visit family. This rental was in a perfect location for not only visiting family but we could easily find shopping and things to do. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We slept well and the amenities were just what we needed. Communication with Nick was almost immediate and if we had a question or an issue he took care of it. When we come back for another visit, we will definitely book this place again. "

"This house comfortably fits up to 5 people. The beds are great and there is a TV now which is not in the pictures. The neighborhood and location are great when visiting Tulsa. "

"Right in the heart of any thing you may need, restaurants, shopping. Easy street access. Clean and tidy and the owner has thought of everything. We have had a wonderfully good time!!! We will be back"

"So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there.
