Contactless check in and check out was seamless with really nice consideration for a slightly later checkout by the manager. Communication was also easy, messages replied almost instantly. "Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."
