Would have been nice to have been given more information by reception. A warmer welcome, to be told robes and slippers are supplied by reception, how would we know otherwise? Waiters & waitresses were all great. Spa opening at 3pm was a bit disappointing, though I understand why, and good it's open till 9pm. Steam & sauna working properly."

"The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed! The apartment also had bikes we could borrow, an espresso machine on the lobby, and a small gym with a sauna in the basement. The location was great for our needs but any restaurants or stores are a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again! "
