"We absolutely loved staying at the Lighthouse Cottage - a true hide away - quiet and serene! It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and the main bedroom overlooking the harbour entrance was a special treat! The two single bedrooms were more than sufficient for our adult family members.We can't wait to come back next year!"

"We loved this home for the moments we saw it online. Then when we met David, he was very helpful with everything in the home, but also had maps out for Ireland. My family did get sick during our visit and David was on it! I followed him i to town to get medicine for my son and husband. David checked in several times to make sure we were ok, and if we needed a doctor. Thankfully we didnt but having the owners close by meant that we could reach out if we needed anything. "A wonderful place with brilliant views, surrounded by ample countryside. Gwyneth was the best host one could ask for, very friendly and helpful throughout my stay and indeed for both settling in and heading out. The place was lovely to stay in, featuring every utility you could desire, and felt very welcoming and comfortable as almost a home away from home. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer! For any undecided, The Brown Hen is definitely worth a stay. "
