"I was upgarded to a one bed apartment from a studio as they had to move me to a different hotel location (mirabell). The room was huge, very modern and clean. Easy access to the building and excellent location. Communication with the team is via whatsapp and they respond promptly regardless of the time"

"The pictures don't do this apartment any justice! It's much larger than I thought it would be from the photos and was perfect for my 2-night stay. This was my last stop on a week long trip, and it was great to stay somewhere so quiet after being in city centre hotels for the rest of the time. The bed was extremely comfortable, I didn't want to wake up in the mornings. My only issue with the bedroom is that it's very small, so you need to get in and out of the bed from the bottom end. "Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom.
