"We had a great 2 night stay. The cottage is very well equipped with all the basic necessities you need. It’s in a quiet location which was nice to come back to after spending a whole day in the city. We used Ubers to get back and forth which we had no issues or long wait times considering the location. "We booked this location incredibly last minute as we needed a place to sleep, that was close to the airport, before an early morning flight. And it completely exceeded expectations. The moment we pulled up, I was ecstatic! IT’S A CASTLE! Honestly every little girls dream to sleep in a castle. Our room was adorable with a canopy bed and the decorations were so well done. I felt like I was in a dream. While we were only there to sleep, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone in the future because it’s such an incredible place. "

"Two-night stay in April, Peebles is a small town and the Tontine is centrally located with ~10 parking spaces behind it. The staff was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and assistance with have some laundry done overnight. The included breakfast was excellent and filling. Would stay there again."
