"We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

"Contrary to the Stayz entry there is no off-street parking, however parking on the street was reasonably easy (apart from Saturday night & market day). The apartment was very clean and provided a great space for a family."

"When we arrived, 3 trashcans at the front door were full to the brim that they couldn't stay shut. So, it was a pretty stinky arrival welcome. Called to let property owner know but the answering service said they will have someone from management will call us. But no one ever did. "At first there was a little confusion, as my stepdaughter couldn't find the loft until I arrived. Once that was located it was all good. My mother in law had to use the sofa bed as the stairs were too steep for her, so I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs to the bathroom were also an issue. However, overall the place is lovely and very close to Darling Harbour and the Star Casino. Our hosts were excellent communicators when we needed to talk...

"The property was well equipped, clean and had a great location. William was a fantastic communicator and was very welcoming. In walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. Private parking was a huge bonus done as we had hired a car. The listing did tick the box for a hot tub but we are not sure if there was one for visitor use. Other than that we would highly recommend this property. "

"Fabulous location. Gorgeous terrace house. Walk to circular quay, harbour bridge, Sydney CBD, Darling Harbour. Perfect for our weekend in Sydney. Will definitely be back. Negatives - mattress on bed in rear lower floor bedroom needs to be replaced. No one should try sleeping on springs."

"Excellent location for a family stay. Highly recommend, and hope to book again. Endorse other reviews. House makes most of views and ample zones for relaxing with mixed age family group. All as advertised and the well appointed kitchen and dining especially appreciated. "

"Such a beautiful home at the heart of the Rocks. Everything was in easy walking distance and the home was perfect...clean, comfortable and very pretty. Great for a family catchup :)"

"We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay. "

"Sadly our stay was somewhat tarnished by the fact that the water kept tripping but luckily we were able to figure out the override switch to keep turning it back on, mid shower 😂 Hot water was challenging for baths & showers. Promised a plumber was coming to fix it but that didn’t happen. Lovely place, very tranquil location but place was covered in renovation dust. Overall disappointing for the money we paid as there are better places to stay in Bundeena for the same money."
