"While the four seasons chain is well known for their "over the top" service, this hotel and staff take that concept to a new high. their attention to detail, and their true talent at delighting their customers to the point of making each one feel like royalty is truly breathtakingly incredible. they blew us away. this experience is incredible, and a real gift to humanity. thank you. it probably goes without say that the hotel is stunning, perfectly located, rooms incredibly comfortable, public areas are an experience of their own, and Spa services are a true delight, probably the best i have experienced anywhere in the world. this was my second stay, so i can say that this was not a one time luck - they have mastered the hospitality concept and turned it into a science. well done!! we will be back, for sure.
