"We had a good stay at the house but there is a few things missing or not functionning. The oven, and 2 fires of the stove were not working; there was no hot water in the upper house; the kitchen is pretty small for the number of people; there is no toaster and no boiler. Otherwise the house is big and the outside area with view on the sea really nice. Nothing to do with the hoise but there is very loud music coming from a club several evenings of the week. Thank you !"

"Wir reisten am 5. Oktober nach Nebida ins Dörfchen Tanca Piras. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Concierge war extrem angenehm. Das Häuschen liegt am Rand eines hübschen Feriendörfchen unterhalb Nebida. Im Oktober wäre es sehr ruhig, hat kaum Leute, wäre da nicht genau in unserer Woche ein Drummer Camp, das ab 10.00 Uhr morgens gute, aber sehr laute Rhythmen verströmt. Lesen oder Ruhe ade.... "We stayed in the ground floor apartment. It’s really big with plenty of space. The kitchen is well equiped. There’s a nice terrace and all the rooms have airco so even on the hottest nights it’s cool inside. Francesco is a great host. "You need to know that the villa is not crowded in with other vacation places in the area- it stands apart and alone above the Mediterranean. All the amenities are very good- pool is excellent! The beach is walking distance and great. Food is more of a problem as the kitchen is not set up for lots of fine cooking; there are good restaurants but know these are mostly 20-30 minutes away by car. Overall my freinds and I thought this was a superb stay."

"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future.
