"Great stay in Thibodaux for Christmas to visit family. The home is older and rustic, with lots of character and many original features. We looked it up and found it to be built in 1908. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated and filled with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. "It was close enough to the city to find all kinds of things to do but far enough away to enjoy pthe peace and quiet of the area."

"To get to the parking area in the back of the house, you need to drive through the yard on the right side of the house from the main road (there is a slight bit of driveway entrance there). There is a ditch that runs across the front yard, but there is a culvert on that side that will allow you to drive to the back.
