"This place is beautiful. The heated pool and hot tub are the perfect mix of covered and sun. You are just a short walk from the beach and a short commute to town. We will definitely be renting this place again. "

"You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. Easy drive to some favorite food places like the distinctive, cute coffee shop built from shipping containers. Nice king beds with cotton sheets. Comfy sofas downstairs. The linens for the downstairs bunks were nicely packed in a bag that would keep excited kids from getting the beds sandy immediately. Grandkids loved the pirate ship playscape. It was too cold to be in the water, but having the third bathroom and shower downstairs by the door...

"We very much enjoyed Unit B and our weekend vacay. The house had everything and more that we needed. Even though we never had time to use the pool, it was beautiful and sparkling clean! Great convenient location to the beach and downtown. Rental pricing for this unit was much more reasonable than other places we have rented at Port A. Will definitely stay here again!."

"We stay at Lively every time we go to the beach to surf at JP Luby. It’s the only building in the area, never crowded, and feels like home. The grounds are clean, the rooms have everything we need and are tastefully furnished. If we could buy into a membership or a timeshare here, we would!"
