The floor plan encompasses five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Five luxurious bathrooms, stocked with fresh linens and towels. The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. Awesome stay
Wonderful home, beautifully done, well-stocked for a group of 7 adults attending BNP Paribas tennis tourney. Back yard was awesome, we enjoyed the pool and BBQ. Hosts were responsive and great to interact with.

Absolutely Perfect!
We stayed here for two nights over Easter weekend with family ranging from 85 years old to 16 years old, and the place was just perfect for everyone! The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous and well stocked. Everything was very easy to use, from turning on the hot tub, using the coffee maker, and everything else. We loved the pool table, bikes, yard games, heated pool. Definitely plan to return!!

An Unbelievable Property
The house could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 6 of us. The kitchen is well appointed and the common areas are very comfortable. There is a pool table, a pool and a hot tub that we took advantage of. The hostess, Pamela, could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous home!

Golf vacation with friends
This was our second time staying at the property, we enjoyed it so much the first time. Very comfortable inside and out - we made good use of the fire-pit and the barbecue/bar area. One suggestion is for lighting at the outdoor table, you can't sit out there for dinner once it's dark. The host is always easy to get in touch with and quickly solves any issues that come up. Would definitely recommend for a couples golf trip.

Palm desert fun getaway
We have stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood with the same group of friends so are familiar. We enjoyed this house for a getaway on a long weekend. It's comfortable, well set up and the beds were actually comfortable as well. Pool is exactly what our group was looking for. We had small elementary age children with us and the home is a good fit for them with a nice kid room for sleeping arrangements. Would stay again!

Ladies weekend
Shelly was amazing! She was on top of everything and gave us recommends for lunch, which we walked to while on our morning walk. The house had everything you could ever need. Plenty of beach towels, pool toys, kitchen needs, and plenty of room for all of us to stay. We will definitely be back.

We did not want to leave
We had an amazing stay. Our group of 8 adults and one teen spent hours in the pool every day. We enjoyed everything in the game room and took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Tons of space so the introverts could seclude when they needed a little rest from the hubbub. Shelly was a great communicator and we had everything we needed. Would absolutely return to this paradise again!
