Our stunning four-bedroom retreat with a private pool and spa, offers 1,746 square feet of sheer opulence. This is the ideal vacation rental for those who desire proximity to the Coachella Valley Music Festival and the polo grounds.
The Space:
This lovely four bed, 2 bath vacation home is the quintessential luxury for those looking to visit the greater Palm Springs area. As you approach the property you are greeted with a warm welcoming white fascade with a large drive way and a two car garage for you enjoyment.
As you walk up to the right of the front door you will you will find a quant patio, colored in a bright ocean blue with four seats to relax in the cool night.
Inside the front door through the smart lock system you are greeted to a grand living space with a pool table, Pac-man arcade game, TV with streaming capabilities, and a luxurious couch. Continuing to the dining room there is a large 8 person dinner table. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could imagine for your stay. Everything from silverware, dishware, fine cutlery, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, Keurig, kettle, microwave, oven and stove are available. The large refrigerator and freezer have a built in ice maker and large Brita water system. Next to the kitchen there is another smaller six person table.
Now, the main attraction. Our luxurious terrace with in ground heated pool and spa is ready for you and your guests. Bask in the beautiful sunshine that all those who come to Palm Springs are craving. We have inflatable and toys in the chest as well. A sun lounge with curtains and tanning chairs decorate the deck. We also have two outside tables and grill so you have a place to enjoy whatever you decide to barbecue. That's not all, enjoy bags, spike ball, and ping pong or some of the other yard games we have on our turf yard.
For the sleeping situation we have four bedrooms. The master is a king mattress with attached bathroom. The second is a bunk bed with queen on the bottom full on top. Third is two full beds. Last is a singular queen. All beds equipped with premium 250 thread count linens, variety of pillows, and a soft comforter to wind down after a day in the sun. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway as well.
The space is simply immaculate as we spared no expense to provide our guests with a fantastic vacation.
Needless to say, we have AC/heat to keep the climate comfortable as well as emergency supplies such as a fire extinguisher, smoke alarms, and first aid kit. Our guidebook also details many different aspects of the house, and is in a binder on the kitchen table.
Guest Access:
Guests will access the property through the front door which is equipped with a smart lock any time after the noted "Check in" time.
The Neighborhood:
Natural beauty and world-class attractions make the city of Indio a stand-out in the Coachella Valley. Sprouting out of necessity as a railroad town, Indio has enjoyed a history as an agricultural powerhouse and is currently a hub for artists, cooks, and performers, earning it the nickname the "City of Festivals."
Homes in Indio are mainly single- and multi-story houses with a few condominiums and apartment complexes. Residents enjoy expansive ranch and Mission-inspired house styles, with a few mid-century modern homes lining Indio's date palm-shaded avenues and cul-de-sacs. The city is served by Desert Sands and Coachella Valley Unified School Districts, with area schools teaching all grade levels. Combined, the two districts serve about 40,000 students.
City parks help residents connect with nature and come together as a community. Go for a walk and spot a furry friend at Mulligan Dog Park or at any other of the pet-friendly parks in Indio. Head to Miles Avenue Park and kick a ball around their athletic fields or relax in one of their picnic shelters. Residents enjoy the Indio Community Center's athletic facilities and multipurpose event or meeting rooms.
Many residents live within reach of Indio's commercial thoroughfares. Groceries and other essentials are sold at local meat markets like Valley Meat Market, southwest chains like Cardenas Markets and other big-name retailers. Indio Grand Marketplace offers a variety of retail vendors like the Revivals Thrift Store. While shopping, go to El Mexicali and sample authentic Mexican fare made from scratch.
Indio plays host to the Coachella Arts and Music Festival, one of the largest music festivals in the nation. Lasting several days and featuring world-class performers like Beyonce and Harry Styles, Coachella draws over 100,000 people each year. Indio also hosts the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival, which features live music and cuisine from around the world as well. Other Things to Note:
Pool/ Spa will be heated upon request at a rate of $100/day for the pool and $50/day for the spa. The pool will be heated to 84 and spa to 101. It takes approximately 8 hours to heat and is NOT required to use the pool! Unauthorized use of the pool or spa heating system will result in a $300 charge.
