Welcome to Oasis House! This home has been used as a family vacation home for a year and during this time it has been updated and designed to be a cozy space to enjoy for all. Open kitchen layout that connects the dining table and living area with a separate common area--plenty of space for the whole family. The pool and spa have recently been upgraded with a new heating system and Pebble-Tec. This home, with all its ample space, is perfect to accommodate 8-10 guests!
This quaint 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. The home boasts an open concept that connects the recently renovated kitchen, living room, and dining space. The newly renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking pots and utensils to make you feel like you’re in the comforts of your own home. There is an additional common area featuring a large sectional, smart TV, fireplace, and a stand alone bar. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and ensuite bath with french doors leading out into the side patio. The remaining 3 bedrooms have queen beds and share 2 full baths. Additionally, the sectional in the family room can be pulled out into a queen bed to sleep 2 more guests.
The best feature of the home its backyard layout with all its amenities. There are multiple points of entry to the backyard: from the living room, master bedroom, common family area, and lastly from a bedroom. The large pool and spa have recently been upgraded to pebble tec finishes, LED lighting, and a new automation system that can be controlled from your phone. There is a propane grill located in the patio with a separate dining table to enjoy. Around the other side of the pool, you sit back on a spacious outdoor sectional while tuning into your favorite show with the 50” smart TV in view. There is no shortage of seating and lounge area in the backyard whether it is by the pool or around the newly planted desert landscaping.

Safely Damage Waiver: As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with $1500 worth of coverage for accidental contents damage or property damage. This means you can vacation with the peace of mind that you wont be unknowingly charged after your check out for minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay. All we ask is that you inform us of any damage so that we can file the claim with Safely.
Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required to be kept on file upon reservation. A member of our team will reach out to you upon booking to update your reservation guest portal with a valid credit card. The actual reservation payment is processed by VRBO. For most bookings 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in. If your check in is less than 60 days away, VRBO may ask for the entire reservation amount upfront. We have no control over VRBO payment terms; please reach out to VRBO for any questions regarding the payment schedule.
Security Deposit: There is a $750 security deposit placed on the credit card on file as a pre-authorized hold. This is not a charge, but only a hold on the credit card. Pre-authorized hold is released 3 days after checkout provided there are no costs for which renter is responsible for such as: code compliances fines; missing or damaged linens, towels and small appliances; and costs not covered by our Safely insurance waiver. Renter hereby grants consent for Manager to charge Renter’s Card for any of the above damages or costs.
Outdoor Noise Limits: All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices. These devices track decibel levels, but do not record sounds. Amplified noise or music is not allowed outside at anytime of day. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday-Saturday, during which all noise is prohibited even if it is coming from inside the home. Any other outdoor noise must be kept to a reasonable level during Quiet Hours. These are city regulations and we must abide by them to keep our short term rental license. Upon the first notification from the Helios team of a noise violation, we will reach out to the Guest to take corrective action. If the Guest is unresponsive or if no corrective action is taken, Guest may be liable to a $1000 charge. Furthermore, if code enforcement goes to the property and issues a citation, Guest will be responsible for paying the entire citation amount. Guest authorizes manager to charge credit card on file for any fines issued by code enforcement or any charges for breaking noise policy.
Cancellations: Cancellation policy is more flexible for bookings made through our website than for bookings made through VRBO. On VRBO, for any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a 50% refund. For any cancellations made within 60 days from check in, you will receive no refund. If the reservation is cancelled with 48 hours from booking, you will receive a full refund as long as check in is more than 30 days away. There is a strict no cancellation policy for all major holidays, major tennis or golf tournaments, and music festivals. Festivals include but are not limited to Power Trip, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals. Special events and music festivals that are cancelled, postposed, or altered in any way, for any reason, do not qualify for any refund, alteration of the reservation or cancellation, including Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics or health outbreaks such as COVID-19. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATION FOR ANY FESTIVAL BOOKING.
Pre-Check In Link: You will receive a pre-check in link shortly after booking. Through this check in link you will have to enter some basic information regarding your reservation, will have to sign our Terms and Conditions, and will be able to purchase any additional services as part of your booking. You will not have access to the House Manual until the pre-check in link is completed.
The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 10–14 and April 17–21, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 24–28, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.

1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.
3. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10+ hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. Pool & spa heating must be for entirety of stay.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
7. No more than 5 vehicles allowed.
8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
9. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities.
10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
