• Pool heating is offered at an extra charge:
- Pool heating: $130 per day *OR two days of heating or more for $100 per day *
- Spa heating: included in stay.
- Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 8 to 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
• Pool/spa care - This typically happens every Tuesday and Friday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to ensure the pool and spa are in excellent condition for your entire stay.
• Lawn care - This typically happens every week (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
• Festival Reservations: For significant festivals such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Festival, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, including Thursday through Sunday nights.
• Trash removal is typically done every Thursday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
• Cameras – This property is equipped with ring security cameras at the front entrance and one in the back and 2 Nest cameras in the backyard facing pool. This is for security purposes only and will be on throughout your stay. There are no cameras inside the house or any other hidden areas.
• Quiet hours 11PM - 8AM - on weekends and from 10PM to 8AM on weekdays. During these times, we kindly ask for you to be respectful of the neighbors. Feel free to enjoy being outside but keep conversation to a quiet level and please do not play music outside after these times. If you anticipate being loud or energetic after Quiet Hours, please move indoors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
