Montage is a gated community and one of the most sought-after developments - you are within walking distance to Coachella and Stagecoach. (Home provides 6 cruiser bikes, with locks, that can get you to Coachella in a matter of minutes. And Bike Parking is much closer to the ticket entrance than driver drop-off.)
This grand home has been professionally decorated and recently remodeled. Enjoy endless privacy and entertainment in the exclusive enclosed backyard. The sparkling outdoor pool with an attached spa awaits. Cool down in its waters and then pick one of the poolside loungers to dry off and work on your tan. Let the kids and kids at heart shoot some pool hoops or swing in the home’s two oversized swing chairs.
You can do all the cooking outside with the state-of-the-art Outdoor Kitchen: built-in oversized grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink. Enjoy your feast at the outdoor dining table. Or watch the game while you cook with a 65” outdoor TV. The backyard also features a lounge area with two firepits, comfortable seating, and a life-sized Connect Four and Jenga game as well as Cornhole. The front patio boasts a larger-than-life Chess & Checker set.
The home has Two Game Rooms. One by the main entrance with a shuffleboard and pool table. The second is a new gaming area in the garage (with AC) complete with bean bag chairs, a Nintendo console, a 65’’ TV, and a ping pong table.
The living room invites you to spread out comfortably on its tremendous sectional and stream your favorite series or movie on the smart TV. The gas fireplace can keep you warm on those chilly desert nights.
Prepare delicious and memorable feasts in the spacious chef's kitchen, complete with nothing but the best stainless-steel appliances, including a six-burner Thermidor stove, and a double built-in wall oven. All cooking and baking amenities are here: food processor, kitchen aid mixer, baking pans, pie plates, grilling implements, measuring supplies, serving trays, and even a 26-inch paella pan! (and place settings for 20+ people)
A state-of-the-art Coffee Bar with a DeLonghi coffee/latte maker and Nespresso pod machine. Arrive with starter beans, pods, syrups, cream, sugar, and sweetener. A snow-cone machine with syrups is adjacent for cooling off by the pool. There is also a wet bar off the kitchen with a wine refrigerator, sink, and third coffee maker.
The large dining table off the kitchen is simply perfect for formal meals and board game nights. There are two complete poker chip sets and a poker tabletop that fits on either the outdoor or indoor table with chip and card holders. There are also 8 pickleball racquets and balls for nearby public pickleball courts as well as 6 cruiser bikes with helmets and locks.
Sleeping arrangements include five bedrooms, (4 with kings, 1 with 2 queens, all with TVs) each one with a smart TV and four of them with ensuite bathrooms. (two with desks for digital nomads) There is also a pull-out queen-sized bed and a single sleeping pad for kids. The master bedroom is quite large and has direct backyard access with an oversized bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub.
A highchair is also available and there is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. New board games and complete puzzles await!
Golfers will have the time of their lives with all the golf courses nearby or try your luck at the nearby Aqua Caliente Resort & Casino. The home also comes equipped with an EV charger available to guests.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell at the front door.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 99 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
