Perfect hang out
Great house for family fun and big enough for privacy as well. Lots of entertainment options , location great for the polo fields and safe gates neighborhood . I would absolutely stay here again.

Backyard area not clean and ready to use before checkin
Handyman arrived on the day after requesting for cleanup. Bar area lighting not working. Bedrooms need ventilation and proper air circulation. Overall stay is below average.

Fun retreat
Check in process was super simple and managers were very accommodating. The property is great for families, just as pictures show. House needs a little TLC, few plumbing issues. The backyard is an oasis! Instructions for pool/spa not very clear but most communication with manager was fast and easy. Would definitely go back!

Great place for a big family get together!
House was as pictured with a lot of fun activities for every age. Communication with the manager was great. House was clean and ready when we arrived. Definitely would come back again.
