This amazing open floor plan is a 4 bedroom with 3 attached bathrooms. Open kitchen into dinning area. All new furniture and paint and this house is awesome for entertainment. New Game room with arcade and 4 real slot machines. We have shuffle board ping pong out side pool side TV and so much more. Terra Lago golf course 2 min drive and so many other golf courses nearby, hiking trails, polo grounds are less than 3 miles. Acusure arena 10 min drive away. Living desert outside Zoo 10 min drive. Cable with movie channels in all of the rooms. Back yard fire place and BBQ for evening entertainment. Mountain View’s and extra large back yard. Read our reviews we never disappoint our guests. We are disability friendly one level all flat pool side 36” wide doors and easy shower access.

Tournament weekend stay

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The house was exactly as listed and it was perfect for the weekend. The manager’s communication was phenomenal. Highly recommend it.

thanksgiving vacay

We had a wonderful trio in Indio! Michael was very attentive in his communication and recommendations. The house had everything we needed and more! We were able to make a few Thanksgiving dishes in a fully equipped kitchen for our dinner at my in-laws a few miles away. All in all, it was the perfect stay and we will be back!

Meeting Family Members visiting from Mexico City!

We rented the house to meet some of our family members that were visiting from Mexico City and staying at my nephew’s house in Indio. We often rent vacation homes, as we have family members living in Indio. Overall we had a pleasant experience; house was clean, good size, and had everything we needed. Best VRBO we have Ever stayed In.

This home is EXCEPTIONAL. You don't need to look any farther as this is without a doubt the best Decorated, equipped and clean VRBO that we have stayed in. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out in and the pool and spa were a real hit with our Grand Children. We tend to go to different places for our get togethers, but the next time we head to the desert this will be our Go To Home. Mike, the Host, was exceptional and he stayed in touch with us to make sure everything was to our liking. 10 stars all around!

Stayed here while attending a race event at Chuckwalla Raceway. Nice location as the track is only 45 min away. Will stay here again.

Great sunny VRBO

The house was great for a small family reunion. Close to golf, shopping, and the south entrance to joshua tree. Michael was an excellent host with impressively quick communication. Would stay here again and recommend.

Fantastic staycation

Our stay at Jam's place was fantastic. From the start, Jam was very responsive, addressing all my inquiries promptly and courteously. The house was immaculately clean, with every room spotless and well-maintained. This created a welcoming and fresh atmosphere throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living area was cozy, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool, spa and small waterfall. Overall, the host's responsiveness, the house's cleanliness, and the great amenities made for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely book again!

Family Fun Even Without Sun

This property is fantastic! Very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The pool was heated for a fee and perfect for even the cloudy days we had. Fun pool toys and arcade games for the kids. The kitchen is gorgeous and great for cooking and eating together. Our host was super attentive and helpful during our stay. This place was perfect for our two family "ski week" vacation!

Family mini vacay

We had the most wonderful and relaxing time for our mini vacay with my family. The house has everything you need and very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and a great gathering place for meals. The game room was also a hit for the kiddos. The pool and spa was very relaxing with the waterfalls and my grandkids had the most fun. I definitely recommend this place and will come back again. Michael was the greatest host and quick to respond to our requests. Family Vacation

The property host, Jam was great, very responsive and helpful, we had many questions in first couple days and we appreciated the quick responses! This is the first time we rented a house with our own pool and it did not disappoint. Arcade room was fun, lots of space in house, gorgeous kitchen too with so many appliances and all you need to cook meals! Garage parking was a bonus! Gated community and a quiet street. Beautiful landscape and pool and spa were our highlight! We will definitely stay here again and we didn’t want to leave.

Awesome property!!

This place is awesome. I stayed here for my 21st birthday and there are tons of beds and lots of space. The pool is awesome and it’s super warm. Definitely worth paying to get it heated if you stay here during the winter. He will not hit you with hidden fees and makes sure everything is going really well and he communicates very well. Would definitely recommend this place to stay for people of all ages. Thank you!

Beautiful, spacious and well-decorated home!

This lovely four bedroom home with ensuite bathrooms for privacy provided for a wonderful stay. Gorgeous, new kitchen with huge island as well as spacious living area makes it great for small or large get togethers. Lovely landscaped outdoors with new inground pool and jacuzzi with stunning waterfall features was perfect for day or evening use. Fun children's room with nostalgic video games would be a hit with young and old alike. The house is spotless and impeccably decorated. Owner was very communicative, receptive and helpful throughout stay and made everything easy. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

Beautiful desert getaway!

Premier host! Michael made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our entire stay! Beautiful home in a private neighborhood with gorgeous pool and spa! Lots of nearby stores, food etc. Amazing kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and baths. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. Communication was excellent and check-in/out process was easy and efficient. Central air was the best in this July heat! Kids loved the fountains and lights while in the pool. Kids also enjoyed about 10 min walk from property to the lake with ducks watching sunset, playground and walk over the bridge. We definitely enjoyed everything about this home and is on our list for future stays! Thank you again Michael! :D

This property is amazing. We booked it for BNP. It’s in a great location. It's newly renovated and perfect for families or groups. The kitchen is big and bright and has a great open floor plan. It has a nice big family room that is also open floor plan. The bedrooms/bathrooms are well appointed. The backyard is also newly renovated. It has a pool, hot tub, and fire pit with lots of seating for all. You will love this home. We will definitely book again next year!! Highly recommend. Great communication from Michael. He responds quickly and will address any needs right away
