This property is in clean and good condition. It was a comftorable stay for us. It’s a short drive to Downtown Indianapolis and another short drive the other direction to the zoo.

It was easy to get to and provided good parking in a congested neighborhood. It was close to downtown and was very quiet. I'd stay here again.

A fantastic space for a trip for friends
We had a great stay here, for our trip to the Indy 500. The flat was clean and perfectly sized for us, both beds very comfy, and the sofa was too! The check in was very easy, and the communication from the hosts meant we arrived there with a lot of confidence in the process, and no doubts that we would struggle to get in. The surrounding area is gorgeous, only a short walk either north or south to some lovely restaurants/bars, and to a supermarket. The vibe of the old Northside is so cute, and was really nice to see all the residents decorating their houses in preparation for the race. It was great to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out all the time, and it was very clean, a huge fridge/freezer, and the added bonus of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our only minor issue was that there was only one mirror in the bathroom, and could have done with a full length one elsewhere so everyone isn't trying to crowd into the bathroom at the same time, but, hey, we coped! If we ever do the race again and this accomodation is available, we would definitely rebook for here - thanks for having us!

Great little gem!
This was the cutest little place! We stayed for a girls weekend and loved it! The only thing we would add is a full length mirror in the common space or mirrors in the bedrooms in case the bathroom is occupied. Overall, wonderful place and we would stay again! The beds are super comfy

Clean & Great Location
Great little apartment above a garage in a neighborhood just North of downtown. Looks like a recent remodel or construction, very clean, pretty much everything we needed. Close to downtown restaurants. We stayed for 4-5 days and saved about $1,800 by avoiding over-priced hotels downtown. Host was very responsive.. had an issue using keypad to get in and he responded within a few minutes. Big surprise were the beds... I was a little nervous in looking at pictures online, but literally the most comfortable bed we have slept on.. My daughter wants one in her room now.
