The Space:
Our spacious studio apartment offers comfortable living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries. During your stay, enjoy access to the building's fitness center, featuring both strength and cardio rooms.

Ample paid street parking is available, and guests staying for more than 7 days can opt for paid garage parking.
Guest Access:
CozySuites guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Please be aware that amenities are subject to availability at the property's discretion. Refunds cannot be issued if an amenity is unavailable during your stay.

Just a short walk away, you'll find the Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path connecting diverse neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment hubs. Whole Foods is also just steps away, allowing you to fully utilize our well-equipped kitchens.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
