3. No Parties: The Property may not be used for parties, events, or gatherings without express written approval from the Company. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
4. No RV Parking: Recreational vehicles, trailers, and similar large vehicles are not permitted to park at the Property unless otherwise approved in writing.
5. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests listed in the reservation are permitted on the Property. Unauthorized guests are subject to an additional charge of $75 per person per night.
6. Minimum Age: You must be at least 25 years old to book and rent the Property. Proof of age may be required.
