If I could give it a minus 5, I’d give it. I made the reservation through expedia and paid for it, there was no other fee disclosed on my reservation. Upon arrival, a $50 is demanded, otherwise you cannot check in and what you paid is not refundable. The people you talk to are in India… they are on a screen and they just repeat the same crap over and over… they are useless. Bedroom is nice, but there is no comforter, no cover… just the sheet cover. Upon check out, the deposit that was promised to be “returned in the morning”, was in fact not returned… and God knows if we will ever see it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

The hotel it self Need to be shut down and remodeled the smell was horrible the room was a mess needed worked on a lot just a horrible place to stay with kids not safe and the Environment with all the cats for the price was ridiculous and I still Haven’t got my deposit back yet from the room I will never visit again nor do I recommend anyone to stay here EVER
