I fortunately was not in need of it, but the seat in the shower was not usable, it was completely pulled out of one side of the wall. The parking lot was not cleared of snow and ice and was very slippery

Way too much for too little
Very old and used room which was far too expensive for the property. Very poor maintenance and I would only stay there if it were the only available place.
