My wife and I walked into the room, and it was by far one of the worst rooms we ever stayed in. The bed blankets were dirty like they hadn't been washed with multiple stains, the bed sheets looked as though they were used and not changed, the floor tiles in the bathroom was coming up, creating a severe safety hazard, there were water stains on the ceiling tiles and were about to fall into the bath tub, the room lamps were rusty, the trim in the bathroom were completely detached from the wall, screws were used to secure the dryer to the wall creating a shock hazard. I took multiple pictures of all the above, I wish I could submit the pictures with this review but I can't. This hotel needs and requires some severe love and maintenance.

We felt very safe in the location. It was pretty clean over all but the shower was covered in calcium buildup. The bed was not soft. The rooms do not have any usb plugs

The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. There was a hole in the wall in the shower. Our toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Which must happen a lot, because the floor was completely warped and and popping up. Our floor was sticky to walk on (we either wore shoes or socks until we got into the bed. The smell of cleaning chemicals throughout the hallway was so strong as well. I know they are remodeling, but the fact that anyone thought our room was clean and ready for someone to stay in is absolutely ridiculous.

Dated property. Didn’t have hot tub and the pool was barely functional. Nice staff, but the condition was not great. Bathroom light sensor turned off every ten seconds and couldnt be fixed It was a cheap stay so I can’t complain too much.

When i checked in to "MY" room... there was other people belongings in my room. Moving on to the next room... dirty sheets, cigarette burns on the carpet, stained pillows/ cushions, blood on the walls, dirty toilets/ shower. I would not let my dog stay in there. Door security device/ loose and backwards.

My husband and I came into town for a funeral. Quality Inn was in the area and booked through a 2nd party. We got to the hotel room and it was not what we thought it was going to be. Walking into the room it was very dark with no ceiling lights so we turned on the bathroom light to get to our beds. There was a pole light by the chair that was broken and did not have a light bulb in it.. The bedside tables were dirty, and very smeared looking like someone quickly wiped it with a dirty towel. The lamps on the bedside table were the worst. They both had very thick dust on the lampshades and on the iInside of the shades. I could have written my name on the dirty dusty shade.. After a long day my husband took his shoes and socks off and walked to the bathroom when he came back the bottom of his feet were black. I made him wash them before he went to bed. On the good side the bed was comfortable. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. On the good side the bathroom was clean and had a very old jacuzzi so you had to take a big step to take a shower. The hotel did offer breakfast. When we got to the lobby there was no food left in any of the trays. It was late and breakfast was almost over. We walked through the parking lot to a Bob Evens Restaurant. As I was very hesitant to have breakfast. Thinking if we were given a room that was filthy, what would the kitchen be like?
