The room did not seem to be cleaned before we got there. There were stains on the bedding that looked like blood, food stains by the fridge, and toe nail clippings on the carpet also b the fridge. It felt very unsanitary! Disappointed in quality Inn for allowing this. Will never stay here again.

Hotel was advertised to have hot tub. It doesn't pool was closed for what reason I don't know. Hotel smelled like chemicals, so bad like they was trying to hide something. Back door to hotel want locked.( Didn't need a let card). Room had all kinds of damage as in bad floors damage bathtub no hot water. I won't stay at another quality inn and suites ever again because of this hotel. I home it for two nights left after the first night and went to a Radisson.

The bathroom had a funny smell. One of the beds seemed like it had a broken spring… the service was excellent though, when we checked in he upgraded us to a double king room for free so we could be on the first floor (no elevator, and we had 3 littles to haul)

Two night stay - discovered after the first night that my room door was not locked and didn’t need the key card to open it. Thankfully nothing happened (as far as I know, no one entered the room while I was gone) and the front desk moved me to a different room immediately. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors talking. Rooms could have been better cleaned and the amenities matched the cost of the room (economy). Breakfast was good though.

Place was dirty. Many broken things in multiple rooms. My brother got locked in the bathroom. The deposit was ridiculous, with a 5-7 business day return. Definitely don't recommend this place.

The staff here and the Hotel in general is an all around 5 stars. I've been in Hospitality for 29 years an I have to say they are exceptional!! Mine an my Husband's go-to Hotel always!
