Luxurious Guest House Central to Everything

Heated tile floor, massive walk-in tile shower, toilet with built in bidet, modern kitchen with butcher block countertops, and a large private backyard are just some of the amenities you'll enjoy during your stay at The Nora Nook.

Centrally located on the north side of Indianapolis with convenient access to everything Indy has to offer. You'll be less than 1 mile to US 31 and 465 for an easy in and easy out drive.

Location:
The guest house is located right inside the major highway loop, 465, just off of Meridian & 96th street Nora. This quaint little neighborhood in the far north side of Indianapolis will have everything you need. The popular Monon Trail is less than a mile away and is great for walking & biking. All of the essentials are within a mile or two as well - Target, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods & Total Wine. The city of Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is a short 10 minute drive down College Ave, & just 10 miles south is the center of downtown Indianapolis.

The Guest House:
You'll enter the guest house through a separate entrance. The home is surrounded by a large privacy fence, giving you your own drive & backyard to enjoy during your stay.

Inside you'll find a large living space open to a modern kitchen with butcher block countertops, a large breakfast bar, and sliding barn doors. The living space is filled with large windows & a sliding glass door that opens up into your own private backyard.

The bedroom is separate from the living space allowing for a quiet space while others might still be up. Connected to the bedroom is a private bathroom with heated tile floors and a huge walk-in shower. The bathroom is well equipped with towels and soaps.

Some of the other amenities you'll find include a washer and dryer equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, a generous amount of coffee, a large couch for you to relax on, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs.

Access:
After booking, you will receive a personalized access code to the smart lock on the front door. This allows for seamless access during your stay.

You'll have access to everything behind the main house inside the privacy fence. This includes a paved driveway & private backyard with a deck!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile from the famous Monon Trail. Tall mature trees grow throughout the neighborhood, and residents of the neighborhood regularly stroll the streets with their dogs and kids.

Beautiful Place to land after a concert
My Daughter and I stayed here after attending a Taylor Swift concert in Indy. This house was perfect! 30 minutes door to door from the Lucas Oil stadium. We arrived home late and immediately relaxed with some snacks Collyn left us. The entire place is very warm and welcoming. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and heated tile floors in the bathroom are a luxurious touch. We had planned to wake up and leave but stayed a bit to unwind. We would recommend this lovely guest house. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

This was a lovely easy stay. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. The guest house was clean and well stocked. The snacks supplied were great as we got there pretty late. The neighborhood was quiet with private parking right in front of the guest house and very convenient on/ off the freeway.

My only complaint is I wish I had to stay longer. Very neat, clean and updated. We stayed here after a concert and the snacks provided saved us since even fast food had closed. The biggest surprise was the heated bathroom floor. Would definitely stay again as it is very convenient off US31 and I465.

Great Little Place
We really enjoyed this little Nita Nook very clean and updated. Able to easily control the temps in living room and bedroom. Lived the heated tile bathroom floor and large shower. Perfect fenced backyard with deck and privacy wall for reading while the dog romped in the backyard. Host left a delightful assortment of snacks and drinks for us to e joy! Will be back.

The pictures do not do justice for this gorgeous little home. Everything has been well thought out with a traveler in mind. Right from the heated floors in the bathroom to the nice size backyard with deck and chairs to the bidet to the snacks and waters left for you in the refrigerator it has it all. Wish I had more time to stay there. Maybe next time! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing property

Nora Nook was a great getaway spot! The owners have made this guest house beautiful and very spa-like. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard, but they have a separate space to hangout from their own yard. Overall a wonderful, beautiful place!
