The space
An open feel of this premium kitchen gives way to the open design of the great room where drinks will be spilled, appetites indulged while leading to laughter expelled. The fun layout of the open living/dining room space creates sweet spots for conversation and space for "spreading out".

The convenience (wide doors and no steps) of a first floor rock inspired bedroom complement the privacy of the well appointed master suite and attached bath on the 2nd floor; the 3rd comfortable suite rounds out the 2nd floor making this layout ideal for families or groups.

Work spaces abound with no less than four different work areas. Blazing internet and WiFi will be a hit with your devices, kids, Zoom meetings with at least two workspaces and one with Ethernet connection.

Parking ease with three private spots in the rear and free off-street parking in the front provide for easy logisitics with your vehicles. Lyft and Uber availability in this area is plentiful with public transportation spots within walking distance. 15 minutes to of from IND International Airport. Loved the house overall, location is great, little loud at night with street noise but not to bad. Able to walk to Lukas vs. Driving & paying to park. 1mile easy walk. Unfortunately the neighbors crabapple tree made a daily mess on back porch, had to keep porch umbrella up to keep from being beemed by an apple, but that's fall season. Would recommend & stay there again.

Roomy Property - Walkable to Lucas Oil Stadium
We enjoyed our stay at this property with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There are 3 renovated bathrooms, 1 of them downstairs. There is also a nicely renovated kitchen. There is a backyard with a firepit which we did not have occasion to use. So, the space was great, and you can walk to the football stadium or easily Uber/Lyft to wherever you need to go. Reasonable distance from the airport. One thing to be aware of is that the house is on a busy street and there are traffic noises all night, as well as some loud music and voices from the convenience/gas station next door. This did not bother me but was a sleep-interrupter for some of our party. Our host was very responsive. Our only disappointment was with the Vrbo app. We received instructions from Vrbo 3 or 4 days out, and they said we would receive the house access code on the day of arrival. By the 4pm check-in time we had not received the code and could not reach the host through the app. The app said no reservation or trip was found, and accessing the host was blocked. My son found a way to work around this by contacting the host as if my son were a potential future renter, and that's how we reached the host for the access code! We connected outside the platform via text messages from there. The host was also having trouble with the app! So this could have been a disaster, and it was certainly frustrating and anxiety-provoking. We would stay again, but Vrbo needs to resolve their issues! GO COLTS!

We were overall happy with this property. Yes there are little things that could of been cleaner, but overall a nice convenient location not far from downtown. Very spacious home. I do not think the pictures give justices of how big this home really is. Our only complaint is that it is on a very busy road. At night time there is tons of road noise.

We stayed at the property for a work conference. It was decently close to the location of the conference. It was clean and large. The address is a little challenging for Uber. Notes about the keys being at the back of the house would have been helpful. Otherwise it worked well!

Very Clean Very comfortable and owner was so easy to communicate with! 2 moms with 3 teen girls for a volleyball tournament. We were about 5 mins from the convention center and very easy drive off interstate. We would definitely stay there again! Super clean and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms!

Great location with onsite parking
We planned a weekend trip to Indy slightly last minute and were completely unaware of the All Star game going on, leaving our usual stays completely booked up. We ran across this listing and it fit our needs perfectly. Great safe location close to downtown. Huge plus that it has its own onsite parking. The host was very easy to get a hold of when needed. Plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend.

Perfect for our weekend stay!
The home was exactly what we were looking for when we came to attend the Big 10 Championship at Lucas Oil Stadium (GO BLUE!). The home was clean and super close to the stadium. Gas stations next door and across the street were convenient for late night snacks. Restaurants close by. Arriving after dark made the parking a little tricky, but we figured it out quickly. My family and I would definitely stay again.

From booking through check out Clint was easy to work with. He was very clear with check in instructions and worked with us to find a check out time that worked with our flight schedule.
