Great Location
Great Location to downtown Indianapolis. Beautiful corner apartment with great views. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen made it nice for meals. Whole Foods just around the corner. We came for the Indy 500 and was pleasantly pleased to find out the parade went right by the property. We did not have a car and had no issues with Uber when needed. Walked everywhere, plus only 1 mile to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location, could walk pretty much to everything. My only gripe is get rid of the chair and get another couch. The 3 of us couldn't comfortably watch T.V.

Great Stop for a Short Stay
The condo was clean and had just what we needed for a short stay. There aren't many "extras" so bring what you need if you are planning on staying in and not going out to enjoy the city. There is a ton to do within walking distance and the city has scooters so you can use those to see even more. Only note I would make on the condo is that the water stinks - probably just an old building - but something to keep in mind if you plan on staying and showering for multiple days.

Excellent Apartment in Middle of Downtown
Excellent location, easy check-in process, clean and nicely furnished. Rooms were comfortable although living area was smaller (no dining table). Also no shampoo, bath soap. Host was relatively responsive. Didn't provide chexkout instructions. Would recommend!

A Great Weekend In Indy!
We had a great time and no real trouble getting settled! Everything was clean and organized. Great location with easy access to all of Downtown Indianapolis! We walked everywhere the whole weekend and it made for a very relaxing stay. Only tiny complaint is the bed could've used a sheet and maybe another blanket instead of just a comforter. Otherwise, couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay!

The walk was a little far for my tastes, and many homeless along the route; however, the apartment itself was great. Just wouldn’t recommend it to walk at night. Indy is like that everywhere, so don’t know if it’s any different at other places.

Great location!
We really enjoyed our time! Walking distance from so many attractions, we loved it. There is no parking - just so others are aware. I'm not from a big city so I didn't think about it until we were an hour away from the property and then was told about the paid parking on the street or parking garage. The parking garage is like basically next store (2 min walk) so no big deal just make sure you are aware budget wise! But it was a beautiful apartment. Very clean and everything we needed!

Beautiful property, great location, very clean, and owner very responsive. A few suggestions: It’s furnished very sparsely and could’ve used another mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Could’ve used more lighting in each bedroom (ie: a nightstand and light on either side of the bed). Sound quality from TV was bad, but perhaps because the room is sparsely furnished.

The place was awesome and great location for what we were needing to do.
The parking was the only issue as our vehicle was not able to park in garage. Received ticked first day as it was late when arrived. Not able to pay for parking for an entire weekend had to make a payment every 4 hours.

Weekend in the City
We came to Indianapolis to see the JamFest Cheer competition and stayed 3 nights in the apartment. Overall the apartment worked for us and the location was very convenient to the Convention Center, restaurants and even a convenience store. We had anticipated walking more, though ended up being there during an arctic freeze so we had to Uber more than we had planned but it was easy!! The apartment and furniture are as described in the listing, the beds are firm but comfortable and there were extra comforters and pillows in the closet and enough towels for the three of us. If we had spent more time in the apartment, we probably would have preferred additional seating in the family room. There is only one mirror in the apartment (in the bathroom) so getting three women ready meant rotating use of the bathroom for showers and doing makeup with hand mirrors in the kitchen - that was kind of a bummer. Lighting in the apartment could be enhanced with daylight bulbs and additional lighting in the bedrooms. The apartment is in a secure building with entry code access and entry in/out of the apartment itself was very easy. Lastly, I have to say I was disappointed that inside the building and on the 9th floor (not in the apartment itself) - there was consistently a strong smell of marijuana. While not at all within the owner's control, just a caution.
