Absolutely loved this hotel ! Very friendly staff, rooms were amazing and loved having a small kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and the room was so clean ! Continental breakfast had so many options and an omelette bar !! Will definitely stay here again

This place was super nice to stay at, we loved our room. It seems like a bit of the building is still under a little construction. Breakfast was nice to have a chef cook fresh hot food and both the specials we tried were pretty good. Not 5 star dining but an amenity I'm not used to having nonetheless.

They are friendly and wonderful people. Their costumer service is the best in Carmel. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Carmichael and the other hotels in the area. Friendly staff, new facility and very clean. The bad. Very low water pressure for shower, electrical plugs bedside misaligned you had to force the plug in to connect and the blow dryer had an electrical cord about a foot long. You had to bend almost to the mirror to use it.
