This property was exactly what we needed for 2 ppl to go to a Colts football game @ Lucas Oil field. Very short walk. Clean, updated house. Really perfect for 2 ppl!

This property was easily within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, and the ArtsGarden. The house was clean, but did smell a little musty. It was great to be able to park on the street. I was not a fan of the noise level; however, it is located in a large city next to the interstate. Nothing the owners can do about that. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Convention Center Close
Duplex was very nice - kitchen was better stocked than many VRBOs. They even furnished coffee and the fixings! Super close to Lucas Stadium (if you’re a Colts fan) and Convention Center was an easy walk. Would not recommend for anyone with trouble walking but we enjoyed the walk. Host allowed us to stay parked until our convention was over even though we had checked out of the house. The sofa bed would work for a child or two. Family would be best because bathroom is past the bedroom. Host was super quick to respond and easy to work with!
