The Space:
Step into our contemporary haven adorned with playful pops of color, providing a whimsical escape in the urban jungle of Indianapolis. With two floors of living space, our property is designed for comfort and entertainment for groups up to six.

The ground floor reveals a brilliant open space plan featuring a cozy lounging area and a well-equipped kitchen. Relax after a memorable day exploring the city with the flat-screen Smart TV, or sink into our plush seating for a good chat. Our kitchen comes with full-size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and both pod and drip-coffee makers for a quick caffeine fix anytime. Whether you fancy a delightful home-cooked meal or an idle Sunday brunch, the elegant dining table awaits you.

Upstairs, retreat into our two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The first boasts a supremely comfortable queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a balcony offering urban views – a dream private sanctuary. The second bedroom is charmingly equipped with both full and twin beds, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo, perfect for rejuvenation.

Adventure continues as you descend to the basement - a game-filled oasis! Lounge on the sleeper sofa, or indulge in friendly competitions of board games or beanbags. Whatever your choice, laughter is guaranteed.

Step outside into the large fenced yard, an ideal spot for BBQs under string lights and making memories on our outdoor furniture. Indulge in the beautiful Indiana weather as relaxation blends seamlessly with fun.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full access to our duplex encompassing all its spaces. Easy self-check-in is facilitated via a smart lock, ensuring our property is accessible at your convenience. For those driving, street parking is freely available. Although we're in the city center, rest assured you’ll discover ample spots nearby.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located just outside of the historic Bates Hendricks neighborhood. The neighborhood is located in the city and is undergoing renovations day by day.

Getting Around:
The property has street parking only. If you need a ride, ride share apps such as (Uber and Lyft) pick up within minutes!

Other Things to Note:
There are 2 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the back and one on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
