The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Downtown Indy home. The home is about1 mile east from the center of the city and Mass Ave. It's close to everything downtown INDY has to offer. It's in a cool neighborhood that features a good blend of new construction and historic homes. This home went through a complete renovation, and it is beautiful! Enter through the front door into the large, open living space that blends nicely into the dining area and an open concept kitchen space. The living space is accented with historic charm and modern amenities. The earth tones keep the space warm and inviting. This home is perfect for large or small groups with 3 very large bedrooms and plenty of beds and bed space. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom with full tile floors and shower and tub surrounds. It features very high ceilings and all the rooms are spacious and great for spreading out and hanging out. This is your home away from home!

Sarah was very accommodating, had the home prepared for guest (very clean and organized) and quickly shared additional information when contacted. Very nice stay and a wonderful host.

Respite during Eras Tour
We stayed here during the Eras tour and it was perfect. Just far enough from the city to be a calm breath of fresh air and close enough to be in all of the activity.
