Welcome! Our ultra-stylish 2 brand new home combo (on the same lot), each offer 4 & 5 bedrooms - we sleep up to 16 guests! Both homes were built by the famous Two Chicks and a Hammer and aired on the Good Bones HGTV show. -A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay!
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
-Pets are allowed for $150 fee plus $50 for each additional pet., please keep leashed in common areas.
-For your safety and security reasons, our homes (not all) have motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
