Great Location
Perfect location for a mother/daughter getaway. Does need some updating for the price - holes in furniture and comforters - bathrooms also need some attention. We had a wonderful stay though - great shopping and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay with plenty of room for us all. The Art and Design District was really cool with lots to do and see during our stay during a Lacrosse tournament.

Just what we needed
We travel to Carmel a few times a year to visit family. We love this central location and close proximity to shops and restaurants. The parking lot across the street is convenient and we haven’t had any issues w securing a spot. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.

We attended a concert at the Palladium. This property was well equipped & the location was perfect! We loved the neighborhood. There was plenty to do and see within walking distance.

Perfect spot in Carmel!
We really enjoyed or stay in Carmel. Was the perfect location for a 6-day AAU basketball tournament that my daughter was playing as games were held in Westfield and Noblesville. The easy access to local restaurants and walking around town was perfect. Never had an issue finding free street parking.

Enjoyable experience
Our stay was very enjoyable. The home is clean and comfortable. Included everything we needed for cooking breakfast. Other meals were enjoyed at the restaurants within walking distance. We walked the Monon Trail and visited the nearby shops. All in all a wonderful experience. Will certainly consider a stay here the next time we visit the Carmel area.

Girls weekend.
Cute condo in the middle of everything in Midtown Carmel. We walked everywhere except the winery, and that was only a $10 Uber ride. The beds are so comfy and there’s lots of room to hang out if you feel like staying in. I’d stay again.

Excellent apartment and location!
The location could not be beat! Walk out your door, and you were at restaurants, shops, and walking trails. The apartment itself was very well appointed and decorated. There are stairs to the main floor and to the bedrooms, so if that would be a concern for anyone in your party, this would not be a location for you, but for everyone else I would say you could not do much better. The beds were very comfortable too. You can’t go wrong!

Great location
Stayed here for a girls weekend trip. Great location, right on the main strip. Easy to walk to restaurants and boutiques. Was able to get close parking. It is in a noisier part of town. We could hear live music from across the street and lots of street traffic. Maybe wouldn’t recommend if you go to bed early or are light sleeper, but we didn’t mind. Also, lots of stairs, so if you have bad knees/feet, take caution. Our group would stay here again.

Fantastic location
We came to the area to watch our grand baby while our daughter and son in law ran the Carmel Marathon. Once we shopped and parked in the parking garage we Didn’t need our vehicle again. They we within walking distance to the start of the race and there were dozens of restaurants within a stones throw of the town home. The home had everything we needed, but the biggest plus was the great location! We would definitely stay again if we ever come out this way again!

Weekend in the Arts and Design District
It is the perfect place to stay for a weekend of awesome food, drink and shopping. You are literally steps away from everything! The Monon Trail is right out the door as well… The condo has plenty of room for relaxing and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook if you choose to. With so many wonderful places to eat, we did not go that route! Everything was awesome, and we will rent again.

Neat little area
This townhouse is just as described. It's in a very cute little area with lots to do within walking distance. The parking garage across the street always had an available spot for us. It is far enough from the highways that you're not bothered by noise, but close enough to be convenient. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like it, but it wasn't gross either. The kitchen is well-appointed as well.
